I am joyful and honored to offer Integrative Breathwork for you on your transformational journey. In this healing modality, you are supported to find guidance and answers within yourself. 

In these volatile times we live in, i feel called to create space and time for individuals and groups to find self-empowerment and orientation through this beautiful work. 

Your body, your breath and your awareness are your personal team that is for you and from you!

Our breath enlivens us with life force and spirit, and it is our closest ally in this life from the very beginning. 

When we allow our breath to deeply touch our body and nervous system, we find the medicine that we need in the moment.  We bring our awareness and sensing to the activation in our nervous system - in this tender edge integration happens. And we consciously encounter a resource that we can always tap into. 

In Integrative Breath we utilzes the Conscious Connected Breath technique which activates the autonomic nervous system.  We focus on the interconnectedness of breathing with the body´s energetic, neurological, and psychological systems. Practitioners aim to facilitate healing and release of stored tension, blocked emotions, and trauma, promoting emotional well-being and overall vitality. 

This healing modality is a holistic approach that considers the whole person. It promotes a greater awareness of our body, emotions, and thoughts, fostering a deeper connection wtih oneself. 

Practicing over time, individuals become more aware of their breath, body, and emotional landscape, and find greater resilience, present moment awareness, and a capacity to self-regulate.
