The Ground of Being is an alive, fertile and subtle soil that has the capacity to heal, to regenerate, and to recreate us from inside out.  It is there where we find interconnecteddness with life´s richness and fullness, with nature and the natural environment, in community with others, in contemplation, within ourself, in Presence.

Life´s purpose is often deeply rooted in a wounding we carry that infact holds a pearl, a gift in it. This is a life-long journey of discovery, of transformation, and we can learn to gradually ease and en-lighten our journey.  Trauma-informed Coaching supports you to expand your felt-sense awareness of who you are, body and soul.   

Our outer world is often a mirror of our inner world, and sometimes we get triggered. May be an early conditioning from our childhood or adolesence responds and we can grab this moment in life to bring "us home", to integrate. 

That is how life invites us to turn within and meet our shadows and resistances rather than reacting to the outside, to the other.  Then, we move from reacting to others to responding to life in a more mature and grounded way.
